She is passionate about creating vision and strategy in
collaboration with others. A professional mentor who is passionate about people’s growth. Her passion is to develop people reach their full potential in the workplace and in their personal capacity as well as find a life balance.

Lungile has 16 years experience in the Banking sector having held several positions the last being a Debt Review Manager which she held for 4 years. She has 6 years experience as a professional mentor.

Lungile holds several qualifications the highest being Honours Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Unisa (2018). She has written and published 3 Books as per below and is continuing to write more books:
